Our focus is to bring positive changes to our justice systems and reform the way our institutions think and operate by working with those who make the biggest difference – the people who work within them.
Focused on helping you to develop the right organisational strategies, to navigate your way into and through the system and to have maximum impact for those most in need.
We believe it's challenging to do this all by yourself and bring invaluable experience in driving change through collaboration and partnership and strive to bring simplicity to a complex world. Most importantly we want to help you facilitate change for those most affected by Criminal Justice Systems.
Ian Bickers
Executive level leader, with significant strategic operational delivery in complex environments.
Ian has worked in both the public and private sector and brings over 20 years of leadership experience from some of the most challenging and complex environments we ask people to work in – prisons. He has a reputation for collaborative delivery and partnership working and is the former Director of London Prisons.
Ian has extensive experience in the prison education sector, having successfully rolled out the Governments 2018 Education and Work white paper and led its national implementation. He has significant experience in procuring and delivering collaborative health and drug services within prisons and significant experience in suicide prevention in secure environments.
He has a well-regarded reputation for his understanding of, and work supporting, the Criminal Justice charity sector, working with many charities in delivering in both prison and community environment.
Ian has significant leadership experience working at the highest levels of the English and Welsh prison system, has worked with senior Ministers to deliver policy change and works internationally across multiple jurisdictions.
Ian is a qualified Executive Coach, having coached internationally and within the UK, helping others to build their careers, develop strategy and improve systems and performance.
